Associate Architectural Technologist
Thriving off Two Decades of Experience
With twenty years of service to the practice and a wealth of technological experience, Stephen Pearson is dedicated in more ways than one. Initially joining the practice in 2005 (back when we were still Waring and Netts), Stephen was employed to be a technologist on a batch of primary and secondary schools in the region.
Since his humble beginnings, Stephen has flourished in his role as Architectural Technologist, contributing to multiple education projects, ranging from £5 million Primary schools such as Harlow Green in Gateshead, and larger secondary schools such as the recently completed Callerton Academy, valued at £35 million. Stephen has also found his calling in the healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors,
As the Technical Lead for education and housing projects, Stephen’s extensive knowledge and experience make him a trusted point of contact for fellow team members, as well as a supportive mentor for graduate Architecture Technologists.
Away from his desk, Stephen devotes much of his time to his family, supporting his son’s many sporting endeavours, including karate, swimming, and football. He can also be found aiding the coaching team at Morpeth Town Junior football club, where his son plays. Stephen is also a self-professed ‘steadfast petrolhead,’ enjoying attending various car shows, including ‘Raby Estates Italian Car Show.’ He takes a particular liking to classic Mini Coopers, as an active member of the Tynemouth Mini Club.
Well-versed in BIM, as well as complex refurbishment projects, Stephen’s extensive repertoire makes him the ideal technologist for a range of projects within versatile sectors.
