For nine years, Louise Stobbart-Smith developed her expertise in banking, a role she credits with sharpening her meticulous attention to detail. Now, as Finance Administrator for SPACE Architects, she ensures that financial processes across the practice run with precision and consistency.

Louise’s day-to-day responsibilities are both varied and essential. She manages the accounts payable inbox, follows up on outstanding payments, processes invoices to ensure prompt settlement, oversees company credit cards, and completes supplier payment runs with accuracy and care. Beyond this, she maintains up-to-date financial records and is always ready to support the wider team, including stepping in at the Spaceworks reception when required.

Previously, Louise managed an out-of-hours team at a recruitment agency, where her adaptability and broad skillset enabled her to match candidates with the right opportunities at short notice.
