David’s dedication is clear through a series of impactful community builds, leading on major regeneration projects including the upcoming Eston Precinct redevelopment in Middlesbrough, which seeks to bring modern practicality to the area while honouring its local history. Other key contributions include County Hall in Morpeth, Appleby Grammar School and the North Tyneside Later Living project, all of which have left a lasting positive mark on their communities. David has also been instrumental in developing an evolving retail and commercial pipeline, forming an important part of the company’s portfolio.

David’s passion for architecture runs deep, rooted in a long-standing appreciation for art and problem-solving. In his personal life, he enjoys a range of sporting pursuits including skiing, golf and running. When he’s not immersed in a project at work, David can often be found discussing football scores or cars.

Investing much of his time in early-career professionals, David is a strong advocate for young professional development. He is a supportive and dedicated mentor to graduates and apprentices, sharing his knowledge to encourage the next generation of architects and build their confidence for long-term career success. David plays an active role in career development, from hosting work experience and open studio sessions to supporting local universities with CV workshops and serving on student awards judging panels.
