SPACE Architects Welcome Students for RIBA Open Studios

On the 20th of April, as part of the RIBA North East Open Studios event, students from Northumbria and Newcastle Universities had the opportunity to visit SPACE Architects.

We were thrilled to meet such enthusiastic students interested in learning more about the profession, and we were pleased to offer them an inside view of our work and a tour of our practice. The team welcomed the students, answered questions, and talked through several SPACE projects, ensuring that the visit was as educational and enjoyable as possible.

The experience was fantastic for everyone involved, with the students gaining a deeper insight into our architectural practice and the industry as a whole. The students were impressed by the level of creativity and innovation on display, leaving many of them feeling inspired and motivated.

David Wise, Director at SPACE Architects, commented, "We are proud to be a part of this fantastic initiative. It was a highly rewarding day, and it was great to provide university students with a valuable glimpse into the daily workings of SPACE Architects."

It was an excellent opportunity for students to witness first-hand the work of professional architects, and we are delighted to have had the opportunity to connect with these aspiring architects. Overall, we believe that opening our doors to local students is an exceptional way to expand their knowledge and encourage networking with professionals in their field.
